Testing this today whilst my Hyperstrada is in for a service. I like the suspension a lot!

As BN just commented on the vid - I know crap wheelies, but the trip was to test the GoPro and that mount and get some good sound. I tug up wheelies on bikes that don't naturally do it (Speed Triple needs clutching up in 2nd ideally) and didn't want to do my back before the big trip.

I'll do a more hooligan one on my return to finish the hateful Metzeler Racetec K3s on there and get some 2nd to 4th rear wheel action. smile
Just a wink and a nod in your general direction to the video as a fellow owner!

FYI I fully confirmed this morning given the dire weather in London just how good PR4s are on a Speed!

I have them on the ZZR - great tyres and good to hear they are feeling nice on the Speed. I have some M7RRs waiting to go on. Words cannot describe how much I hate track tyres on the road unless properly 'on it' for a prolonged period and a hot day. I gave these K3s the benefit of the doubt as most of my riding over the past few months has been in dry but cold weather, but even with hotter days they really make no sense on the road for 90+% of riding. Bugger all feedback unless on its ear, horrible carcass unless dropped to track pressures, appalling when cold, appalling when wet, etc. Terrible for confidence. M7RRs and Diablo Rosso Corsas are head an shoulders above for fast road work unless your name is McGuinness.

Was out last Friday and went to Ace cafe in London to meet Johnny from here. Lovely day apart from some white hire van who at Cirencester roundabout turning left decided to go right right at the last moment in front of me landing me to apply the brakes and hit the side of his van about 10mph. It's did now know the area and was not from the Uk.
Left a nice Matt sized imprint into his van.
Unlucky that the police came along 10 seconds after and did not witness the cutting me up. But I have to say they helped me out as I was a little shaken.
Main thing is that the damage seems to be cosmetic from the mirror and damage to the side fairing. Which is still going to cost £780 + vat. Just hoping it goes my way but with no witnesses I don't know.

Very very pissed at the time but chilled now.

Not one accident on my blade in 5 years and 8 weeks into having a H2 and this . Boll.ocks

Pics on th side as I've posted this from my phone sorry

Some nice machines on the seafront at Aberystwyth yesterday, this in caught my eye in particular. Don't know much about old bikes but this was immaculate. I like the mechanism for adjusting the rear suspension too smile
Velocettes are ace smile

Looks like a Thruxton, or a replica (with many good bits on!).

Here's my 63 Venom, was meant to be out on it tonight but it's piddlin' down frown

Remal, you're not going to like this, but it will go 50/50. Grace vs Tanner is the specific case as ruled upon by the Court of Appeal which compels all lower courts to find that way. That case involved a two lane roundabout where a car was turning right form the left hand lane and collided with a motorbike exiting the roundabout from the right hand lane.

Your insurers can not fight the case in court unless they have new evidence which differentiates it from G vs T and there isn't any.

If thats the case , id "find" a reliable and strong witness to help your corner.

Glad your OK anyway mate, sickened to see the H2 damaged but you'll get her back on the road none the worse for it.

Good luck.

All body work fitted now, rear sets and engine case protection too fit next, 490 miles on the clock, 110 too go.

Looking good, is it a chore to run in or an enjoyable enough getting familiar with it experience?
The weather is making it a chore, if its in bits the weather is glorious, if its ready to go its pissing down.

I hope to have it run in within the week now.
