I've had a brilliant time today rolleyes

It was a education into just how stupid a lot of road users really are.

You should've just taken the 3 points then

Test rode a thruxton 900 for my mate who hasn't done his test yet today. Not a bad bike, but gutless compared to my tuono but it'll be good for him as a first bike. Nice to ride something a bit different, might go try a new thruxton R next weekend.

The new Thruxton R is a completely different bike. Much more eager to rev, loads more power and a chassis that handles superbly

You're lucky. There is no speed awareness course in Scotland, just points.

Ended up sat on the table next to a bit of a legend in the driver's club at the Festival of Speed today! I think Agostini could possibly be the coolest man alive cool

Lost use of my friends van as he had to pick up a fat ass double sidecar on Saturday afternoon, which took 4 people to load in, he was understandly reluctant for the 2 of us to try and move it so sadly I didnt end up in Chesterfield for the 2 stroke meet but we did have a bit of a local 250GP of our own.

Problem was we both ended up thinking we was 19 again and was elbow to elbow going flat stick going into some of the corners, I can honestly say my nerves where more frayed after half an hour on these than I was at Donnington a few weeks back.

The bike is running spot on after the dyno work and the motor is really crisp, the way these 250s turn, brake and just dance around is just amazing, was buzzing for quite some time afterwards.

Very quiet Jock, I think the impeding rain put a lot off but it was delayed.

Loved it.

It's the best weekend I've had in a long time! First time I've ever been to the Festival of Speed but already planning on returning next year and also for the revival.

Also met Colin Edwards who's an absolutely top bloke! He even signed my cast!

Your comment makes no sense at all. Without attending how would he know if he was going to have a brilliant time?

And hes right. The only thing I got out of it is just how many uninterested, delusional and simply dangerous retards I share the road with.

It makes perfect sense, unless you love excessive pedantry and try to roll out the tired strawman argument.

The views of the population of PH are well documented, this just supported what he either already knew, or had already decided. If he felt that was going to be the case, then take the points and avoid the tedium of the day.

Your comments still make no sense at all, without any pedantry in sight. Do you always believe every single thing you read, or do you prefer to experience something for yourself before passing judgement?

It also makes no sense to suggest he take the three points anyway, why do you think he'd prefer the points to a day of tedium with a bunch of retards?
