Yay! Managed to find 4 sort-of-okay brake pads from my seconds pot. The scraping has now stopped!
fk, someone nicked your bike and left the pads

I quite fancy an airhead cafe racer today.

Are they style over substance or genuinely worth garage space?

There's a ropey one of these in my local Motorrad. As long as you're not in a hurry and have breakdown cover, go for it thumbup

Some from last Sunday's Tortoise and Hare run (Wells, Somerset)

This cat was completely unfazed by a load of noisy motorbikes!

These 'peds made us chuckle!

Short video, wouldn't recommend hitting a resurfaced road at decent speeds:

Style over substance as far as I can see. They weren't particularly good in their day other than just being dependable.

I think the BMW thing has been done to death now and the originality has been lost, there will be lots of these with no homes once the hipster bubble has burst.

OK the one above looks quite nice, however, the clip-ons with standard footrests always grate with me, not to mention the upright rear shocks. Does it actually run - BMWs of that age used to have car size batteries, will a small gel unit in the tail unit really fire it up?

Then again anything from that era with no side panels, K&N carbs, no/minimal clocks will look just as clean (ie Carpy CB750s).
