I'm not normally into "Cafe Racers" but I'd have this one

I don't think I've ever seen an MV with a (Magni?) chain conversion.

Oh, and it's not a cafe racer. To make an MV 4 cafe racer you'd have to start with one of these smile :

and turn it into something like this:

I know I'm biased, but I could stare at it for hours with a grin on my face...

If someone runs off track and drags a lot of gravel back onto the road, and then someone rides through said gravel and pings it up into the air, and then you ride through it at 100+ mph, it stings a bit. So I don't see the harm in wanting to protect your lights. Agreed they are plastic but can still be cracked.
True, but you're more likely to come across stones, gravel patches and the like on the road than on track.

Looks like you're getting a move on there. How fast do you think you were going? I love riding on the continent, as speed limits are just ignored.

Test rides on MT10 and Tracer this morning back to back with a mate from dealer in bexley. Both the guys at the dealer very friendly and helpful showing us round the bikes and giving us a tenner to top up the tank on the MT10. smile
I'd tested the MT09 before so the tracer test was to see just how different the two bikes are, the main reason was of course the MT10 test ride.
Took a trip down to brands hatch and back for the hour they gave us on both. Great test ride on both bikes
The MT10 engine really is great and really isn't short on real world performance on the public road with loads of low down go. Standard exhaust sounds surprisingly good too.

Oh, that's a let down, I was expecting much more on a road like that, especially given the speeds quoted in the past.

I think it's called "pushing the envelope"......
But at a "gentlemanly" pace.
