Looks mint that Bryn.Ive had a few people plead with me not to use it but I do get more enjoyment out of riding them than looking at 'em..
Are the Brembo branded calipers any good?

Or should you just go the whole hog and get the M4s (90% of my want is because they look cool)

My attempt at Santa Pod RWYB on Saturday.
It was frustrating and I couldn't get off the line very well, 1 run I actually spun and snaked the back wheel off the line, wheelie and short shift.
2nd, even worse and was beaten by a B-king who did a 10.5
3rd, was ok but still not a great start.
The strip is a lot slipper than the road.
At least you got into the 10's on the last one. I recently did Ramsey Sprint at IOM but they only had 1/8th mile sprintsIt was frustrating and I couldn't get off the line very well, 1 run I actually spun and snaked the back wheel off the line, wheelie and short shift.

Managed 7.15 and 7.18 as my best but it had been raining so I was getting some huuuge wheel spins if I launched too hard

Test rode a thruxton 900 for my mate who hasn't done his test yet today. Not a bad bike, but gutless compared to my tuono but it'll be good for him as a first bike. Nice to ride something a bit different, might go try a new thruxton R next weekend.
They are not gutless, they are just not a Tuono, I think they have plenty of oomph for what they are and they look a million times better than the pre crashed sportsbike Tuono does (I don't own one, and I like tuono's but to say The triumph is gutless is a bit unfair on it )

As I said compared, it wasn't the slowest thing in the world, still got up to a ton happily enough, it'll be a nice amount of power for a first bike and when he's bored of it he can get a thruxton R/commando/r9t etc. (I don't own one, and I like tuono's but to say The triumph is gutless is a bit unfair on it )
My old man has one as well and he's happy with it after owning blades etc.
It's a nice bike
(I also get your comment about the pre crashed tuono, it's an acquired taste!)
They have a lovely F4 312rr in there as well, very very tempted but it would be stretching me to the limits financially.
