The sprocket is off the splines, nut and lock washer AWOL.

there was a fair amount of slack in the chain but probably not enough for it to come off completely. The sprocket was rubbing against the plastic civer, but I stopped before any real damage was done (probably 250-300m from losing drive to stopping.

First proper ride I've had in a few weeks. The Michelin Pilot Power 2CTs are nearly finished, I reckon they've got 50 miles left in them before they hit the wear bars, I'll be gettingsome Bridgestone S21 Evos fitted soon.

X7's are great, what a bike for wheelies. Its no RD 500 though.

Just a bit of low speed fairing scrape, chum.
The bike's fine and this was a while ago but it still hurts.
Need a very good cosmetic repairist in the NE. Any tips anyone?

Great thanks Steve, really appreciate the pointers. I tried the BST wheels on the road and they feel absolutely fine, just no good for track. I think I will send them back so they can check the hub assembly.

True, true. I was a bit over excited to be going on a ride out today and was up early to clean the bike. Front collected a lot of insects and tyre rubber today from the NW thrash.

Today I had a bit of time for myself for the first time in ages!

Rode both the 675 and the B King one after the other, both nice in different ways.

Think I still prefer the 675 for the sound and wheelies as the B King is just too quiet and I still haven't sussed the wheelies on it yet.
