I'm ignorant of these things but what about the rim? looks damaged to me - or is that just cosmetic?

Here I am on a sunny day back in about 1981. I guess I would have been about 12.

Very much dressed for the ride and not the crash.

The bike was a 1975 Kawasaki KM90.

What a coincidence. I was searching the internet last night for a KM90 to buy

Good luck with that one.

They are like rocking horse teeth. I have also been looking.

By brother and I had one each back in the day. They were subjected to all sorts of horrific abuse and just wouldn't die.

I remember it seemed very fast indeed when I was a ten year old.

It's been a long time since I was a young lad.

In fact, I'm such an old fart that my Doris and I have matching CB350s.

Educated guess, but do you also have a Lotus Esprit?

For my sins, yes.

How did you puzzle that out, assuming you didn't just look at my profile...

Just dropped you a message on here to explain, suffice to say, me you and Stu W had a few beers at the last school reunion, although I value my anonymity on here, hence the pseudonym.

Nice, they look a lot like the old 1980's VF400's.

Congrats, love that paint scheme, more pics when its outside the gararge please.
Camera on iPad struggles with yellow it seems - less 'orange' and less saturation IRL.

Just need dry weather, a day off work and see if I can still get into leathers to increase the 2 miles currently on the odofrown

None bike related day for me but pretty awesome! Picture is a bit crap as it's taken from a video filmed portrait on my phone.

The day was awesome, that picture is literally from my first lap of the day! The rest of the day was spent very sideways. I'll get the videos up when I'm home next week.

It is a great day. You're sharing cars but they make it's not long between goes and you definitely get plenty of time in the car. All the instructors are good and they can be as technical or not as you like. It was great for me having only been driving 6 months just to learn the car control. Did pretty good on the timed parts only being beaten by someone doing their MSA license so I was well pleased with that.

You're gonna have to change your name too Tommi Mäkinen.

Great stuff that you've had a good day.
