They are not all fully booked, last time I heard there were two crossings booked up. It did say in our local paper that there will be less crossings in 2016 due to the loss of the charter P&O vessel.
Typical Steam Packet. The event is more popular than ever and they respond by reducing sailings and probably putting the price up!

I'm a TT virgin and admired this event for some years even more after watching this years TT highlights on ITV4 inc Closer To the Edge/Road, all incredible.

I've just tried to book a place for a car for next year with Steam Packet including calling them, all booked up unless go early to the Island before the event & return way after the TT event.

I'm assuming due to the popularity of the TT the Ferry crossings must be booked asap when crossings become available?
