Not much done to that bike really, its a VRod, well a Nightrod with a 300mm rear, V&H comp pipe/filter/map, arnott air shocks, and few bits n bobs. Probably £20k if you paid a shop, if you are happy with a 260-280mm rear you can do it for £17K without the wide swingarm conversion ...less if you start with a used bike

I have something similar, no air ride though, thats like £1300 just to "look cool" at a standstill for shows ...im running wilbers shocks and mostly matt black easy clean finish for minimal polishing
