Not sure about the size and shape but it has no CE or BS mark or whatever it's supposed to have and no name of whoever made it which it's supposed to have, so no it's not legal.
The letters look smaller than usual.

The owner looks half sensible if he's kept the original bits.

My thoughts too, also a decent BMW in back ground, probably a pistonheader! Can't see that many 'chavs' being arsed to actually get a bike licence with all the hassle and expense of it!

You've never seen anyone riding around in t-shirt trackies and trainers? Or whooping like a gibbon while revving their engine in a quiet suburban street?

Good luck on the hunt, but should be plenty about, they're popular and with good reason.

Seriously? You're picking holes in a used bike (which looks pretty nice to me) and the owner on the basis that the plate has no markings? Wow.

Seriously? You're accusing him of picking holes in the bike when he was simply answering a question that was posted? Wow.

Dodgy chav plate, badboi exhaust and poor grammar so probably been ragged, frame has obviously been welded together, blatant seem right above the fairing bolt.

That 2nd one looks in mint condition, the normal areas (fork lower legs, mirror mounts, brake calipers all look very clean). Standard too, so no dodgy exhaust to worry about. Although only having done 500 miles in the last 5 years it might nee a new battery etc.

Does it give you movement slating others on the Internet?

The poster above me stated it had been welded together. I enquired if it was meant to look like that. I don't know about motorcycle frames, you're quite right. I was curious.

Condescending prat.
You mardy prick. I meant to quote the one above, but clearly, you're a bit too precious.

Go tell mummy.

From experience simply pick the ones you like that are nearby and go and look... photos hide a multitude of sins and you won't be able to sort the good from the bad until you see them.

That second one is where I got my first bike from. They're a really nice bunch of guys, especially the owner Adrian and don't pressure you or anything when you go in. They only seem to sell low owner / full service / non-modified type bikes. I've not had an issue with mine. I'd definitely go back there if they have what I want when the time comes (i've had my eye on the 600RR up at £5999 - just need to do my DAS boxedin)
