No need, just use the pillion pegs and tie a rod to the gear lever.
Alternatively, I could see you astride a tasty VMax.....

Get off our thread you two! One of you is flipping miles away, despite the similar time zone and where they mug you with AK47's - I think the other one is in South Africa.

I didnt get around to booking a place on the trackday. However Snetterton isn't that far from me. Did you all manage to get into one garage there? Worth trying to get across to say hello?

I'll come say hi at lunch! Found a guy from my area and got chatting. Over by the restaurant with the blue/white gsxr 1000 if anyone fancies saying hi before I get round to it

Come to garages 3 & 4. Blue & white GSXR doesn't cut it down too much.

Upsidedown Mark appears to be well named.

I must be due that bking after Spa. My crashes tend to come in 2's. 2 in 2009. 2 in 2011, 2 in 2012 (in the same day), and now 1 in 2015. I might just not ride for the rest of the year, haha

Get yourself locked into a padded room!

Last Tuesday. Was meant to be on track tues/fri/sat, but I crashed on the last session of the Tuesday and separated my AC joint in my shoulder. Trip to hospital to check for no broken bones (none, woohoo) and then a early drive home. Boooo.

Loved spa on a bike though, mental fast, 167mph in the wet, need to go back for a rematch in the dry

Oh no! Sorry to hear that Neil.
So glad to hear that you aren't too banged up. That does sound interestingly fast!

How is the bike?

What a superb day! Cheers for sorting the garage and Jaffa cakes.

Couldn't have hope to meet a nicer bunch of people.

Cracking day, apols didn't get to say goodbye to everyone and thank Leslie again for the Jaffa cakes! Should also thank Mark on the VFR for the fags, Seb for the power, Graham (Hebegebe) for the cracking track advice and Loon for organising the garages.

Not the best of days for this guy !

Had a chat with him - he was fine himself and seemed quite OK about it.
