CBT/ Direct Access - Peckham/Central London Area

Just wondered if anyone can recomend any good places in the area above for CBT/Direct Access.

Lad I work with is doing his through Metropolis motorcycles in Vauxhall. He seems very happy with them.

A bit further out but Sutton Motorcycle Training is a great place. Good bikes and excellent staff.

Try Phoenix Motorcycle Training, they have a few locations which may be convenient for you. Excellent training and very professional.

The key is to not go to the cheapest place, I made that mistake with my first CBT and the training was terrible. Phoenix on the other hand was exceptional!

I never realised that the CBT course was so intensive! My wife's nephew had to undertake a full days training for his CBT, 8.30 am start and with a 15 mile ride on a scooter in around Cambridge. It was funny as we texted him half way through the day and his reply was 'piece of piss' guess what he failed for not doing a 'lifesaver' on a turn! A bit harsh as he is confident on a bike.
So he has a further chance to repeat the test.

What I don't understand is that he said his mate did his CBT but at a different venue local to Cambridge and only had to do a brief session riding around cones etc and was all over in a few hours, How can this differ so much where is out an about all day.
