Racing Silly Season - Who's Going Where For 2017?
Discussion
Certainly seems like a bit of a crazy time with all these changes.
Milwaukee possibly changing to Aprilia in WSB especially after they have put in so much work this year. Who would run the R1 if BSB if they go ?
TAS and now Crescent have changed from Suziki both must of ran them for many many years. New bike surely must be due soon ?
Foggy to run a Ducati team in BSB ? I suppose that one crops up every year.
All interesting stuff could possibly make for some good racing next season.

I'm completely guessing, but I wonder if Yamaha wanted Crescents riders. Lowes and Guintoli are a known quantity in WSBK. I'm sure I read Lowes is now contracted to Yamaha rather than Crescent - was this part of the deal? Conversely that could have been driven from Lowes side of course!
Brookes is good but I think if he was ever to have a proper stab in WSBK it would have happened by now.
Milwaukee probably fell out with Yamaha over this so that's why they are changing. Personally I'd love to see a factory Aprilia team in BSB.
Perhaps one of the current Kawasaki teams will pick up the R1? It's certainly the coming force.

Team Traction Control will run the Yamaha's in BSB if Milwaukee go to Aprillia (basically Shaun Muir will be running both teams) as TTC's bikes are Milwaukee bikes it's an easy transition.
Nice. I like TTC, and had forgotten the Shaun Muir link.Move to which ever team runs the r1 or stay with smr and develop the aprila.
