Hopper has been quick on the 'gale this year, even if it does keep exploding/he keeps dumping it.

Chaz Davies is doing well on one in WSB.

Maybe they've got the most out of the Kawasaki under bsb rules . and it can't compete with the r1.

What better reason to jump ship?

Do they not get the 2016 ZX-10R for next year?

Egor makes a good point. R1 has the beating of the ZX-10R and has more to give next year. I don't think the 2016 model will make a enough difference.

Great news for Hopper, shown real humility to get this far, hope he goes well on the R1.

I think that's a definite farewell to SMR and Brookes then.

Going to be weird without brookes on the grid, shaun muir always seems to come over as a pretty decent boss too.

Im pleased Josh has finally done it, been a long time coming for him.

BSB will miss SMR for sure.

Shakey on the Duke and Hopper on the R1.......

Could be good....

I do wonder what the point is of smr/brookes going to wsbk ( if they go)

They'll end up like paul dennings team just making up the numbers , never being a big player, surely its better for the team to be winning in bsb than just a extra on the wsbk grid?

Paul Denning's team will be running the R1 next year and will be at the sharp end. There must be more money in it for them to be there, although WSB really hasn't grabbed me for a few years now, despite it being good racing.

Shaun Muir was saying hes in a position where he has sponsors ( Milwaukee) who expected to be moving into wsbk next year and are quite happy to chuck money at it , not bsb.

Together with a established rider who wants to do wsbk , so I guess his hands are kind of tied.

Re paul dennings team , just having the r1 does not equal wins , its how quick they can get the bike set up etc.

The sharp end isn't necessarily wins, but they will win races next year.

I imagine an incentive from Dorna will have a lot of influence with it. Brookes + Nicky Haydon bring two extra country's to interest viewers.

WSB is looking like it may provide some good racing like back in the day next year.

The problem with world Superbikes is that there isn't a wrap around coverage of the event. In BSB there are extra features around the racing, more insight with the teams, and you learn more about the personalities of the riders. I'm not overly keen on the commentator who works with Stavros either, he's just dull.

There's been good racing this year rea-sykes and rea-chaz have had some good ding dongs,

Trouble is it doesn't feel like a big world class event , there's no atmosphere at the races.

My worry with this is that either Hill or Hopper will fall out with the team and they won't complete the season. I'd love to be proved wrong, but Hill walked away from BeWiser this year, and Hopper has also walked away from teams before.
