to me it seems a bit ridiculous when you compare it to the video on the story below where the little prick only got 12 month.

That's a totally different crime. Why do we always get the sensationalist ones drawn on to make a point.

This thread should work as follows
Germany
Nobody injured
Germany
Kittens
Germany
Judges not in real world
Germany
Capable of riding like this
Germany
And so on

Hmmm...

As a litre + rider I'm not going to say the speeds are crazy. I'm still surprised how easy it its to hit triple figures without much effort but let's be honest we all know this.

The roads and the fact it's a demo bike and YouTube this guy asked for trouble.

Prison seems a bit harsh, does he have previous? Is he a granny robbing, crack smoking scumbag? I suspect there is a history behind his record that maybe swayed the judge to lock him up.

Bad day. I'm fully aware that the days of doing triple figures and expecting a ban and fine are over. I tell friends and colleagues all the time, 130+ can easily see me sat in a cell at her madgesties pleasure.

This thread raises a couple of points...

1) how the hell did we go from speeding to assault lol.

2) do people really use their whole left hand when using the clutch as opposed to a couple fingers?

2. Do people really use the clutch that much when going up the gearbox?

Welcome to the average roads around here.....

Many many many Bikers are NUTTERS and you can hear them coming miles away.
Country A/B roads are like race tracks at weekends.

Friend of a friend on a bike, sitting at traffic lights in queue, stationary, hit from behind by car. Ended up with him and bike under car as the guy was going so fast. Turns out the guy in the car was a recovering addict on methadone, with a revoked licence and no insurance. Biker had significant injuries, broken ribs, sternum, vertebra to name a few. This was over a year ago, biker is still on heavy painkillers, hospitalised for months, can't ride for more than thirty minutes. The car driver got a four month sentence.

The simple answer is the judge decided to make an example of him.

Spend a weekend in the cells and you will see all the habitual offenders st themselves or jump with joy depending on what judge is up.

Was it an unfair sentence, absolutely, was the judges statements utter tripe, yes. Should he have got a suspended sentence, most definitely the judge himself said it, but he's made an example of him.

No NO NO.

Anyone who Rides/Drives like that on public roads should get that and be banned for YEARS.

IF you like speed....fk off to a track.

Public roads are just that.... PUBLIC with all sorts on them....that type of excusing is as bad as the offense.

I am speaking as an Ex Biker.... I do agree, many many are not, in fact I would say most are not with a good few the best drivers on the road....BUT

...live near a country A/B road and you see many many who are total fking idiots who care less about others existence than they do about their own.

Making excuses and reasoning that its OK (ish) to do those speeds ON A PUBLIC ROAD is the most retarded thing here.
Death comes easy to all those involved at those speeds. fk Off and destroy your own family not mine.

I got passed by a BMW M5 on a country road the other day with him in the 80s+, round the next corner was a tractor coming out of a field with two kids on the trailer after bailing with their dad.....he was lucky , a few secs later the kids would of been close to death....he as well was a total retard and equally bad. It is NOT just bikers that do it.

To try and defend/mitigate that dick makes you MORE of a dick

if I had a penny for every ex biker who came up to me and went "I used to own a triumph as well it was green" or "during the war" or "I had some st blandit but the roads are too dangerous now (I got married my wife made me sell it as I have no spine) please listen to what I think".

Your opinion holds no grounds on here this is bike banter, think of the biking club a bit like joining the beano fan club, if you don't renew your membership you aren't in anymore.

You Sir are a Dick head and have no knowledge of what I used to have or rode....you have zero credibility if you think there is ANY reasoning that can excuse his speed.
Enjoy your legacy , here is a start.

dhead is one word.

I don't care what you used to ride, I don't care how you feel we should listen to your opinion, you've been here a month and posted 300 odd times, that A) means your a troll that would ste himself in real life but is pretty handy behind a keyboard a laptop loyalist or B) you were banned for being a fud or C) no that into motors as any self respecting fanny would have signed up years ago to PH not within the last 30 days.

I also have never defended him.

Although I am a registered organ donor it is highly unlikely my liver will be used as I have kicked the fk out of it with prescription drugs for the last 24 months. But thanks for the link.
