Portimão. wink

It's fast last corner is quite forgiving on lower powered bikes as well - anything with a slow 2nd gear corner onto the big straights means I get murdered by the 190hp stuff.

I just booked cartegena basically ignoring all above advice like a wally. I couldn't ignore the 100 quid cheaper price and better average weather in Feb. Hopefully I'll get to either here's portimao Aragon or mugello later in the year.
It definitely seems like a good way to bookend the UK season with somewhere warm.

I can't book anything at the minute until I find out if I have a new job starting next spring.

Aragon is a good shout. Who goes/operates there?

Off to Cartagena in a week and a bit's time tongue out

Has anyone been to, or know anything about Circuit Andulicia? Seen it on FEs website, never heard of it before.

Not sure whether to give it a go or stick with Cartagena for early next year.

I think 4 of us are booking it tonight.

Do I struggle at the back end of fast on the old R1 or go into Inters and have more fun?

Inters it is!

New is always more fun. Circuit de Andalucia is apparently proper new so no-one has done a trackday there yet.

Pah! They're ready straight out of the crate. The dealers generally let you take them early even if it's a 16 plate as long as you promise not to use them on the road.

It should be ready for it's first service after 3 days at Jerez as well! smile

What I meant was my wallet won't be ready, Race fairings, frame and swing arm covers, different tank, end can and rear sets.

Maybe a month on the road then straight onto the track.

Didn't you do the FE event in 2014? I did the NL / BikersDays one later same year.

Seems a bit early to be doing it again if you 'only' do a couple a year? Even if it is a stunning circuit.

Mid Summer job for me is going to be Spa as a drive-to or Slovakiaring or similar new thing as a fly-ride. Not sure what to do as an Autumn / early Winter finish - always fancied doing the Istanbul track but no UK trackday company been brave enough yet.
