Hungaroring date just released by No Limits. 12-14 August. Might be in the middle of everyone's family holidays though.

Half my trackday lot are on family hols then and flights to Budapest are a bit pricier than Spanish stuff.
Still quite interested in that Slovakiaring event being run by Tracksense - will see what else No Limits come up with during next few weeks.

There's a bit of a downhill section from watching races on telly. Might be a bit dirty from some comments, as it sometimes goes through periods of inactivity.

I'm up for trying this stuff as all Euro circuits are new to me, except SpaHalf my trackday lot are on family hols then and flights to Budapest are a bit pricier than Spanish stuff.

Show off! Spa is still massively on my to do list - trouble is BikersDays will want €350 for a 2 day event and I need to get the bike there, book ferries / tunnel, book hotels / kip in the pits - i.e. it's quite pricey compared to some of 3 or 4 day flyaways. Loon on the phone to a London BB member discussing the forthcoming Euro TD's.

It's worth it, without any doubt. LoonR1 said:

Ditto re Spa.
Its not super cheap, but there is nothing like it. Have not been anywhere else (including Silverstone, Aragon etc) that I felt I could fully wring the neck of a 1000cc bike - at my skill level anyway! On Kemmel straight I was tucked in flat out and and waiting and waiting and waiting before the braking point - or so it felt... And the sense of history, the scale of the track and the changes in elevation are unmatched.
I rode Spa one weekend and Oulton the next - and honestly, Oulton just felt like a BMX track in comparison.
I have ridden the 'ring - but unless you are a bit nuts, its hard to commit given the limited run off and just not that much fun when you have cars going around as well.
One positive thing about BikersDays (when I did it anyway) was that they run 25 min sessions. I always find the standard 20 mins a bit short - after 25, I was looking for the flag (combination of tiredness and fear as I pushed) - but it makes for a much more satisfying day.
You can also ride the old road circuit which is fun.
I told the Mrs we were having a romantic weekend in Belgium(!), rented a Transit and off we went. Had a night stay over in Brussels on the way back to try a few local beers and some moules frites which won me a few brownie points back.

I did Oulton a week after Spa and went 5 secs a lap quicker, as it seemed so slow in comparison, so no fear. Its not super cheap, but there is nothing like it.
