What? No thread on this already?! Shame on you! tongue out

Are Lorenzo & Marquez going to have a decent race this weekend or will Rossi win it like he did last year?

Another walkover for Mr Kent?

Will Sam finish the race?

It's Italy! Ducati will be strong, the Spaniards will want to beat the Italians, the sun will shine, the grid girls will be bella donna's! What's to worry about?

DK just needs to circulate & get points, but everyone will expect a win.

Who knows what Lowes will do. I don't know if he's just exceptionally unlucky or a magnet for mis-fortune.

If it's dry lorenzo will win and what better place to beat rossi than Italy.

Will the lowes-aprillia deal be announced?

Bradl has the Aprilia seat for 2016 and Lowes should be confirmed to take the other seat 2017/2018.

For next year, he'll be drafted into the already competitive Gresini Moto2 team, who have won a few races this year and are podium contenders.

Seems like a very smart move - good on him.

I dunno, he didn't have enough to beat Rossi last year, and Marquez fell off trying to stay with him too.

That's my hols sorted then: Austria combined with Czech Republic along with popping over to Barcelona & Assen, maybe Valencia & Le Mans and of course, Silverstone. bounce

Although last time I planned holidays around MotoGP, Argentina wasn't ready in time & messed up all my plans! hehe

It shifts the weight back under hard braking doesn't it?

Gigi DaLl'igna says on the Ducati it is supposed to keep the front end from lifting too much under power (anti-wheelie) and so use less anti-wheelie software which drains power. So more power to the rear tyre.

He runs a MotoGP team and I don't so.....

but I would be amazed if they do anything measureable. Surely the speed at which the front of the bike lifts under power is not enough to take advantage of the aerodynamic resistance these wings offer? Or is it just the extra weight they add?

I thought they were motogp's attempt to add downforce in corners. Hence the ducatis running them to keep that dodgy front planted.
It was alluded to in one of the Faster docus.

Really?

Surely it works the same as putting your hand out a car windown.

You dangle your leg , it drags you back over the seat and adds weight to the back wheel?
