Can anyone remember a race from a few years back, *someone* kept crashing in abysmal conditions and just got back on and kept moving back up the field only to bin it again. It *might* have been a Ducati but I can't really remember paperbag

Italian electrics failing on the cut out tilt switch worked in their favour that day.

There was the Assen race that Chris Walker won, where everyone kept crashing. He crashed early on in the race, but stayed in to win it. I think quite a few kept getting back on and crashing in that race.

Nah, for an Aussie, Troy gets a pass.
Top bloke, top racer. I think you'll find he's not Australian at all biggrin
Personally, I think he's the perfect racer.
Came from no where, achieved miracles with nothing.
Never moaned, whinged or sniped.
Gave it 100%, never left anything in the garage.
Retired gracefully and is one of the most respected racers out there.

Baylis was just awsome, I was and still am a massive fan of Mick Doohan,

Daryl Beattie was a top bloke too same with that kid that rode a Honda in WSB and a Cresent Suzuki in Moto GP (he had a massive mole on his face)

Now, Casey Stoner is a different ball bag.
