Always had Arai’s and never had an issue. As others have mentioned it does depend on head shape.

Fair enough, but what I meant was the shoei is much, much better helmet. The build quality is just way ahead ( ) of the arai. I realise I could’ve worded it better.

Not a fake it's genuine from a dna center

Looks genuine if I compare to mine. That's not good, but isn't representative of the brand. They are top notch quality. I've had Shoei (and crashed in one) and Arai. The quality of each is identical. Arai fits me better. I'd engage with Arai themselves. They will sort it. As I said above, they stand by their product. After sales is beyond reproach whilst Shoei's is less spectacular.

Ive always used shoei xspirits- they are very very comfortable and in my opinion light years ahead of an arai which doesnt fit me well and has stupid side pods that fall off. Shoei has moved forward where arai has stood still
