The Belly pan looks nice but I think the difference without makes the H2 stand out more.

It's nice to be different

Great to see a different bike and glad you're enjoying it so far, Matt. thumbup The mirror paint work is ace. They had one at OYB in Aylesbury this past weekend, and I'm just not sure why they keep on demo'ing this bike by just revving the nuts off it. It's loud. We get it!
cheers bud

Picked up my thank you pack and 30th Anniversary pack for buying a H2. Very tidy presentation.

Doesn't need to be run in too wheelie.
This sounds like a good opportunity for a challenge.

You both have new bikes, The first one that posts a wheelie pick on said bike wins a virtual pint + 1000 man points biggrin
no challenge as I can't wheelie for st and I know BN is a beast at them

went out this morning to Honey Cafe in Wales as as per normal within 20 mils of being in Wales it started to rain. Bike looked like st after but she's cleaned now than fk

570 miles on her in 5-6 weeks and time to book in the 600 mile service next week so I can use full power all the time. HAHA maybe not

First time today I used the rain mode and my god felt like I was riding a 125cc bike. cuts the power greatly and also the engine braking. was not fun indeed but I can understand why it's there. sort of. I try and be smooth so anyone ham fisted would possibly find this mode helpful

I don't think the R10 Bridgestone's are going to last past 1000 miles. But had no issues using them in heavy rain when it came down. and they seems to be very good in dry weather.

pics from today.

before day out in chepstow

almost home

and then cleaned again

Still averaging around 32MPG and after the service going to see how low I can get wink

The Mate I was out with know's I like bright colours and why I went for a Blazing orange speed triple and Repsol. So was not impressed when he though I was going for a black bike

He is not impressed seeing it in person.

What I love is one min its gray, then black then mirror etc...

6 weeks into ownership and almost 600 miles and loving the thing.

last mod for a while arrived from Calsport today in the name of a a Zero Gravity Double Bubble in light smoke. Looks nice next to the dark paintwork. And is going to give me a little more aid protection at speed I hope.

A update.

Having now covered 1000 miles on her, the rear is pretty shot. So looking at possibly putting on either Rosso Corsa or M7rr's as I know they will be good for fast road and hoping to give me some extra miles from the rear.

Still trying to get used to the ferocious acceleration. I'm to busy riding to take pics of myself but christ the first 4 gears. Anything above 8k is hyperdrive. It's so quick of the mark, grips like st. Trying to keep the front wheel down is getting fun now as i'm getting used to it.

The Bike's been perfect. Yes she likes her drink and eats tyres but handles so well for a heavier bike. 30-40Kg so i'm told by the info over my Blade but does not feel it at any speed.

The larger front screen is very good at motorway speed's at keeping me out of the majority of the windblast

This has been the only bike I've not looked back at my previous bike even for 1 minute and thought "i miss my other bike".
The attention it gets at bike meets is quite amazing to.

Off to another weston bike night tonight if anyone is going

2 things I want to get done to the bike is a TT3 racing H2r exhaust as it looks and sounds amazing, the ECU flashed as it is limited in i think the first 4 gears and limited top speed. And from what I have read should easily give 30-40BHP as it's been detuned.
But that's just what I've read so could be crap. the proof is in the talking to the dyno people. Brocks in the US has some good figures on standard H2's with a few minor mods

Thermal protection?
I gather you mean for the extra heat for the upgrades.
Not that I've read. the temp on my bike reads lover than my Blade. not that this may make any difference

Just amazing what power bikes can make. Not that it's needed on the road or even track. Still fun seeing what you can get

Popped to my local bike garage JHS racing near Bristol and had Diablo Rosso Corsa tyres fitted to the H2. 1200 miles and the rear was dead. So going to see ho these are going to last

Also talked to the owner James about flashing the ECU or dyne work to remove some of the restrictions on the bike.

Something I'm looking into for the future

Update. Well with autumn here I have treated the H2 to a Bike bubble from carcoon. Not arrived yet but she needs a final clean, ACF and put away. If we do get a nice day I know I will be taking her out.

Main reason for the bubble is that I like to keep my toys clean. And my garage is not connected to the house so can get cold i want to keep the moisture away from her.

Pick's once I get the bubble
