Well as it's cold and i'm off the bike I've been looking into Exhausts still and dyno and remap time.

So looking very possible that I will be having the bike after the first service taken to TT3 racing www.tt3racing.com/ for a remap and exhaust.

I'm going to be talking to the owner of the company at a local event in Feb.
it was a PH'er who cannot be named (craig) who pointed me his way and i've been keeping a eye on his stuff and what TT3 ha been doing with other peoples H2's over the past few months.

Record at the moment is 272RWHP !!! I don't need or want that. Just to remove the restrictions the bike has and to get it running 100% with the new exhaust

I will report back on this after it's happened.

For now the bike is in it's carcoon until the warmer weather arrives frown

Just a update.

Exhaust ordered from T3 racing

And also booked the bike in for a Dyno and flash tune of the ECU by Tim Blakemore if anyone knows the guy. Top chap, local and a Kawasaki Nut. Currently working on a 750 Turbo for the straight lingers which is next to his Drag bike

Going to be picked up in 2 weeks and will be with Tim for a few days and hoping to get good result on the Dyno. No idea what but as long as it's smooth

Ouchie! I suppose if you can afford an H2 etc.....
yes for some. Not for me. I saved, raided by piggy bank for my bike.

2k is a lot. I put off the end can as thats a lot, and again saved.

Most people I know with H2's on the forum i'm on have spent loads on their bikes. 2 different systems, Vondemon and T3racing systems. carbon wheels etc..

it just take more a little more time to get things

But yes i'm luckier than many out there. and very grateful for that

First ride out today for 2 hours. Fitted the new exhaust and sounds lovely but must remove the exhaust hanger. Just wanted to fit it and get out today

The shape certainy suits the bike. Can you rotate the clamp or spin it round the other way so it's less teeth itchy?

A mate of mine is a dyno chap that's slowly tweaking one over 250 rwhp. Will take a piccie of it when it's next in for some work. The reg plate is 'BOOST' in some format or other. Owner is Jamie - you might know of it on more H2 specific forums?
Agree on the end can shape. Is there a decat option?
the Akro is 2k and the T3 racing is 1k so yes you can remove the cat. for now i'm happy.

You can rotate the can but I've put it in the way much like H2r end can angle. Which I like

I think the angle of the can was getting universal approval. 'twas the clamp onto the headers I was referring to about spinning it around so the bolt thing was a bit more out of view.
Ahhh right I got you. I only put inn that angle so it was easy to get to but looking at it agree. Could do with going at the back.

Tim Blakemore is the guy dynoing my bike. he's taking it Thursday and will return I hope with it running better than stock.
I asked just for the restrictions to be removed. I also asked that i don't want mega power just the snatchy low speed throttle improved and working better with the exhaust I have. he's putting a DNA filter on and reflashing the ECU and adding a PC5 as well. He know's his Kawasaki's having worked on H2's in the past and also Drag bikes. Has a good rep in the south west and i've used him in the past

How did that go RemaL?
Tim still has the bike. PC fitted, flashed ECU. Just had to wait a few days as the DNA air filter they had been sent was the wrong one and they are not that easy to obtain. Spoke to Tim last night and should be ready to rock this weekend.

Just on another topic my insurance is due and amazing what a years makes.
last years only Carol Nash ( who i'm with) and kawasaki themselves would insure the H2 but now i'm getting loads of quotes and looking like the 1k premium is going to be almost halved from the likes of Bennetts who I was with and had great service from.

No update for ages. Not much to add really over the summer and the bikes been off the road since the end of Oct in the bike bubble.

Insurance quotes seem to be coming down under £500 with a few emails I have been getting under £400 which is better than the 1k in 2016. Not heard from my insurance yet so will report back.

Well she came out of the bubble last week and started up for. Just wanted to hear her run. Was hoping to get out and then then temp dropped and work has been manic. Always the same.

Well I have the TT booked this year. Already got a service booked just before and new tyres to fit. Seem's the pirelli Corsa 3 worked well but should be dead in by the May service time I booked if I get out a few times.

They would have lasted around 2-2.5k. double that of the RS10 bridgestones that lasted just over 1k including the running in period. She does like rear tyres. But it's fun.

Supercorsa next. not expecting lots of miles from them at all. But a tyre I've never tried and I like trying out different tyres. And get more of a chance to with this bike.

A update on other H2's. record for RW BHP is 325 in the US. I know of a few over here making 280+ RW BHP with a few supercharger gear mods, full
Vandemon exhaust, reflashed ECU and PC5

Someone has also Turbo'ed a H2. Why I don't know but looking at 500BHP . again why.but each to their own

Do I have any plans for mods on my H2. Not really. I would like a set of Carbon wheels. But other priorities at the moment have had £ spent elsewhere.

End thoughts:
Coming to 2 years of ownership, Mad bike. mad looks, love it. Eat's rear tyres. Love's to drink. But as expected and not something that worried me before buying the bike.
Servicing no more expensive than a ZX10.
Bristol kawasaki have always been helpful, friendly and i've been impressed with their afterservice. Which from exerance of other dealers is not always the case.
The bike always gets a crowd around when i'm out. And i'm always asked about it.
One thing I love about the biking community is no matter what you ride, people are always willing to talk to each other. Something that I never found car people as much. A great community
