What I'd like is a sensible/reasonably-priced small (bullet?) cam which I can mount under the headlight/fairing, fit & forget, until such time I need it. I don't want to keep removing it (so it needs to be very discreet), I don't want to draw attention to myself (so it needs to be very discreet), I don't want to keep turning it on & off, or maintaining it. Any suggestions?
Bullet BikerHD (two parts) or harder to get Innoiv C3 (two part again and if you get one(stopped manufacturing)- lot cheaper)
(TechMoan covered many*most) of them), but newly proficiently developing GYRO function made me think of getting M10+ with waterproof case, just for the case of nice ride and footage worth saving wink
Cheers, I'll take a look. The Innovv is still available from China on eBay - assuming that's genuine. £89 upwards depending on spec.

Google firefly S6 - capable of shooting 1080/60fps

A few vloggers have reviewed these and its all good so far

its basically just a gopro clone but a lot cheaper
Does it fit in a standard Hero Enclosure?

This might be ideal if it does as it opens up all the optional mounts ect.
Doesn't fit in the GoPro case but its own case is compatible with the GoPro mounts so you just use the case that came with it.

I am looking for something similar but you need to look at the data rate of the cameras - there's a review on youtube I watched comparing the S6 to the GoPro3+ Black and the video quality was very different - the GoPro was way better and the file size was about 4 times larger as it simply captured more info - visibly much better.

Got given a Garmin Virb as a present a couple of weeks ago and it looks good with some great reviews. I'm due to pop it's cherry at a trackday in a month's time so will let you know how I get on.
Did you get the Elite??
Let me know if you get the GPS thingy working, can't make mine happen for love nor money
Mmm. Used my new Garmin Virb at Jerez trackday.

Lasted for 11 mins of footage, now refuses to record, playback or show anything on screen - not good.

Yep I bought the Drift Stealth 2 whilst in USA, used it for the first time on Saturday good quality, small and lightweight. Fitted to top of fairing, dont like the idea of fitting to lid.
