Hello all,

Still finding my way around the web site, is there a photo gallery anywhere that I can look at other peoples wedges (no pun intended ), it would be really useful for someone new like myself to see what bits are original, especially in the engine bay. And to see what is achievable with a bit of effort.

Thanks

Chadders

Hi mate...The filters have a valve design inside that keeps oil in there...smile

This is really good, please keep adding photos of engine bays to this gallery. It has been really useful so far to see all the variants.
I will add my own to the mix when i get home.

a bit different from all of the above, 1984 350i but no longer '350' and no longer 'i' ;-)
mine has 3905cc nck engine like the ones from the 390se (high compression, forged pistons, flowed heads etc....) but efi delete and running holley 4 barrel carb and offenhauser 360 manifold, just in process of sorting ignition and fitted rpi power amp... more to come.

GYPO is getting cleaned up and new hoses going on shortly.
It is a 3956CC V8 developements engine which has had some serious work done on it. It gets 300BHP at the flywheel.
