I'm hoping to soon get a 430 spider but am worried it may not fit particularly well into my garage.
the car is 1923mm wide and my garage is just over 2400mm in width. That doesn't sound like and awful lot of room for getting in and out. I can't line it up and push it in as it's on a slope so was wondering if anyone here keeps their car in a single garage?

Thanks, is it a squeeze getting into the car though?

How new is the garage? That's the key from my experience. New builds - the car won't fit. Old garages - it's tight but it makes it in (with the mirrors folder).

I also found you had to reverse it in to judge it properly and then fold the mirrors mid reverse.

Mine fitted through a 2.10 m door aperture with the mirrors folded in and parked tight to left side wall I was able to get out easily. Never measured total width of garage but would say it was at least 2.50 m

Not too bad. Like others, I park to the left of the garage and have a square of soft carpet attached to the right hand wall to protect the driver's door when open. Anyhow, you're getting a Spider so you can always drop the roof and climb out!

Climbing out and then closing the roof is probably going to be the best way
