That's it done. My dad finished it off as i had to take a back seat with other commitments. He is a very happy chappy. Sounds quite fruity with the Marshall pipes.

Looking good.

Actually looks less 'Custom' than I remember but wasn't that an import from America rather than a UK market US Custom model.

At the risk of flaming, I'd say that's a good (better) alternative to a US spec Bonnie of similar vintage.

There was a few variations. This was a US Spec Special which should have had US Custom on the side panels. It also has a rear disc instead of the drum fitted. The bars were changed for Bonneville bars, purely as a personal preference.
