iPhone & iTunes
Discussion
Last night windows 10 updated, itoooons updated.
Plug iPhone into laptop today & itooons won't see it.
When I've had this problem with iPod I've gone to device manager, USB & disabled enabled Apple usb. Went to do that & no Apple USB. (strange?)
Also, when I browse my computer the iPhone shows Apple iPhone, rather than Steve's iPhone.
So, downloaded new itunes to a PC running windows 7 & all connected as usual.
Back to windows 10 PC, uninstalled itunes & reloaded from fresh. Still exactly the same issue.
Any ideas what to do next super computer wizards of PH?
Thanks

Still struggling, can't Google any help either. C'mon you wizards
Not sure of the specifics of your problem but when I updated to IOS 10 on my iPad and iPhone, and the latest iTunes 12 it changed the way that iTunes sees the devices. My problem was that I was connecting through a USB hub. When I plugged the Lightning cable into one of the USB slots on the rear of the iMac both devices were wondrously seen by iTunes and allowed Synchronisation like before.
So Apple appear to have made it that a USB hub (and presumably third party cable too) will not allow synchronisation of devices.
If you are using a USB hub, or a third party cable, you could try that?
