Just posted something similar in the holidays section.

Strong rumours abound that they will cease operating through the night. Apparently quite a few large airliners are being positioned around the Med such as United 747 and Omni Air 767.

All just rumours at the moment but plenty of them.

However it's mentioned on PPRUNE that the whole fleet by this evening would be on the ground in the UK.....

Let's hope it's just a rumour, although many years ago I flew to the USA on one of their 757's and it was the most uncomfortable flights ever.

I haven't used them for 12 months but the last flight wasn't the greatest, it had one of the new rock hard seats in the cabin. The crew have always been good though.

The trouble is nobody in there right mind would book a flight with them at the moment and that can do more harm.

They will be doing well to short a non-plc company....

Following a thread over on PPrune.org, and it doesn't look too hopeful.

Just saw this on twitter. Apparently the United Airlines schedule for tomorrow onwards on behalf of monarch, seems odd to be planned ahead like this? If true wouldn't that mean the CAA knew a few days ago that Monarch couldn't operate these flights?

As you were
We were delayed two and a half hours on both outward and inward flights recently as they used the aircraft for our flight to replace broken ones, which in the real world they knew ours would not be in the 3 hour delay window that requires compensation by law. They admitted that in a call I had with them after I lodged a complaint. Never mind the issue that two aircraft suffered failure in two weeks which could suggest underlying problems? I suggest that you do what your user name suggests and speed on buddy
