Wipers work fine on slow and fast and also self parking ok. the problem is the intermittent wipe is not working; I changed the relay but no joy. The question is does the intermittent wipe get power through a different fuse to the main wipe? Any ideas please.
On my 97.F18 supply's the wiper motor.
F17 supply's Fast/slow/wash.
F15 supply's the intermittent relay.

Next to the steering wheel adjusting lever there is a small knob about 20mm in diameter, that when turned changes the speed of your intermittent wipers. If the wires going to this are broken then your intermittent wipers will not work.Aussie John said:
I hate to admit it but I have had my car since 2004 and never noticed this knob before, maybe I should be banned from owning a tvr. Thanks for the help guys.
If you open up the plastic steering wheel cowl you'll find there's a white plastic connector for the rheostat, check here with your multimeter, with the cowl opened you can also check the function of the rheostat itself.I've been fixing a dip/main beam switch issue today so took a photo for you.
