It's a nice looking bike.

But unfortunately I think unless you can pull off the look you'll look like a tt when you're riding one!

A bit like riding a BMW GS anywhere that isn't a third world country biggrin
I'll look a tt riding one, but I still want one. I'm not interested how I look!

I'm seriously thinking of buying one even though I'd never use the off road capability because it's got shaft drive, a comfortable seating position, and is fun to ride. Though if they did an equivalent without the off road pretentions I'd obviously get that instead.

A Triumph Bobber on the other hand...................

Price is £10,500 according to my local dealer.
This is what my local dealer said today too.
Also, if we were to put down a deposit now, we could expect a bike by March.

Theat's called an R1200R/R1200RS/R1200RT (depending how big/comfy/sporty you want to go).

You would think so. But the R and RS have far less legroom and the R T feels far heavier to ride, it's also a bit bulky for filtering.

Lovely looking thing.

As for the open face helmet thing, wow.

I guess the hipster types won't want one as it covers the beard?

Surely if they didn't want to cover their beards they would want an open faced lid confused

that's what I was implying. my WOW was at the comment about how satanic it must be to show someone with an open-faced helmet smile
