She's point blank refused to be in the sidecar - insists on riding her own bike.
That's not a bad thing, she rides in front and you stare at her leather clad body yes

Humidity is between 95-100% all day today, no chance of anything drying up.

Roads are the slipperiest I've experienced, this year. Combination of an early salting and constant humidity but no actual rain to wash them I thinki is making lethal. Also, I think my new tyres might be a bit crap. Or something.

I've never known it so slippery. On the way home last night only 50% throttle was producing wheel spin on the Super Scoot. Mind you after the initial surprise I started to provoke more, it was fun.

Stopped at the lights this morning, put my foot down and nearly fell over, the road was so slippery.

It's been so much nicer on the bike today! But the road conditions are even worse, the roads are covered in terrible wet salt that covers your visor. Car drivers are so lucky with their washer jets!
The weather has been dry & relatively mild with a decent breeze, but the roads simply refuse to fking dry out!!! What the fk does salt do to tarmac to turn it into some sort of slimy sponge???
Humidity is 80% plus. Not gonna dry out with that.

Bunch of pu.....
1327 miles, 4 countries, 25hrs on the road, 5 tanks of fuel and lots of coffee.
Average of -2 for the whole trip, -8 up down and down the other side with +22 degrees INSIDE the Mont Blanc tunnel.
Now sat watching the wood burner settle down in Umbria whilst the mulled wine warms on top biggrin
