S\E Garden of England rideout thread 2017

Bike is filthy and rusty already so I'm going. If no-one turns up then I'll pop over the road and see what carnage is occurring in the first Bemsee meet of the year.
If you tap that Google location address thingy it looks like we're meeting up near a nudist camp - I'm only going there if the weather seriously picks up!

That place gets quite busy in the week. The punters park in the side roads so their cars are not seen in the car park. According to people who know about these sorts of things evidently it's more of a knocking shop than a spa and nudist club.
Anyway the safe postcode to head for is TN15 6BQ number 46, 1st unit on the right about 20yds in. Assuming rain does'nt stop play the kettle will be on from 8:30

Hi all
I'm being discharged this morning from Papworth and for im not able to drive or ride. Had operation yesterday via my femoral artery. I feel ok but if it bursts.....
Gutted - all have a good time.
Take it easy and I hope you make a speedy recovery. Was the opp pre-planned or an emergency? I'm being discharged this morning from Papworth and for im not able to drive or ride. Had operation yesterday via my femoral artery. I feel ok but if it bursts.....

Hate to say it but I don't think I'll be able to make it on Sundya either
A combination of rusty/holed downpipes, a heavy Saturday night planned and not much experience on the bike yet wouldn't make for a good combo for either myself or the residents of kent
Although I cant help with the first two lame excuses don't worry about experience as the ride will be "not much experience friendly" We all started off in the same boat and you'll never gain experience if you don't tag along. Failing that Ive seen the location and time and will tag along if ok but doubtful given current race track looking very goodAndy XRV - Multistrada

Tut tut, Ive done 1000 miles in the last 2 months even with this crap weather. Get it out! Haha
I know, but then I ride 200 miles a week to work so unless it's dry and warm I don't feel the need to ride at the weekend. We've only had 1 proper nice day so far this year on a weekend.I wanted to wait until all the salt is off the road before taking the tuono out.

Thats true, my poor thing has the famous road salt marks in places despite ACF50 and cleaning after each rideI wanted to wait until all the salt is off the road before taking the tuono out.
