Polaris are winding up Victory and focusing on Indian.

While not a huge surprise I'm a bit sad about this. I had a Victory for 6 years and loved it

Strange that they were showing their electric prowess under the Victory brand at the last TT. Never nice to see a brand disappear.

That's a real shame. I thought about buying one a couple of years back, but local multi-franchise dealer stopped selling them, presumably through lack of demand. The engines look way better & more modern than H-D

Shame. Almost bought one a few years ago...went for a V- ROD instead. Looks like 2017 will be the last year for those as well...

From the sound of it just did not sell outside the US. But a car 1600cc motorbikes (or bigger) where never going to sell in high numbers where the roads are bendy and fuel cost high.

That's a shame, I sat on them a lot at bike shows and always thought they were the bike I'd get if I wanted that style of bike.

I used to get 50+ mpg out of my Vegas, 35-ish out of my Street Triple which was half the displacement. OK the Triumph was more nimble, but the Vegas more comfortable.

Better be quick if you fancy one... its rumoured that 017 will be the last year of production for the V-ROD.
