erm... no, no its not.... and the market for a second hand bike from a defunct brand will not come back for many years until they interest the collector market - and even then only if they are a model with lowish production numbers....

I don't see what all the fuss is about, I've had my Victory since August-16 and i certainly won't be selling up just because of the discontinuation stuff.
You should have seen some of the uproar on the Victory pages/forums allover social media! People are way to extreme.
