It's been announced there'll be no 2017 coverage, are there any alternatives? BT isn't an alternative for me & I wouldn't pay anyway after they put it up four times in the two years I was with them!

So, any alternatives?

Cheers

I would have joined MotoGP.com but it's streaming only - I'd rather watch on the commute etc. When are these events companies going to come to terms with the fact that not all people want/can watch live or streaming? There must be a way for them to encode content and or permission devices like the tv companies do?

I'm not subsidising football viewing for a few MotoGP races, sadly. Same goes for WSBK and BSB.

I've just setup a switch from BT internet to Plusnet, then I intend to sign up for a MotoGP Videopass in Switzerland for €140. That'll be £26/month for phone+fibre+MotoGP (vs £54 with BT). But I don't know whether I can listen to Nick Harris all season frown

Is there any way to get another commentary in English? Radio, online, satellite?

I'm a current BT-ite, and got the note about the BT Sport increase. Sadly, in my area, I can only get BT broadband - iirc, when I checked last year, talktalk and Sky won't offer me even a basic speed broadband connection - so, I'm kinda stuck with them for the foreseeable.

Appreciate the link to the discounted eurosport player. I paid for the WSBK pass last year. The eurosport player is cheaper so that's a few quid saved and I can watch the WSBK, BSB and also the endurance races, too.

Virgin, for what it is worth (on the package I have), shows BT Sport channels.

Done for the (supposed) broadband speed, which BT couldn't even come close to as the exchange is not due an upgrade to fiber until 2745 (that date may not be quite true).

Yup - it's included on my package as well with Virgin and that's been pretty reliable.

I'd be surprised if you can't get anything else, try https://www.broadbandchoices.co.uk/

Assume everyone's seen that C5 are doing highlights, starting Monday at 7?

not that i'm going to watch it but it may follow these lines.
15 mins of highlights of the whole weekend.
Followed by a full mate of Foozball, 90 mins plus extras.
Coverage on horse racing for 60 mins.
Rugby coverage for a further 80 mins

you get what i'm trying to say

I need some help please.

I just sat down to watch the qualifying on my German Videopass and there's nothing there to see. SPOILER FREE only has Thursday and Friday practice sessions, LIVE says the next session is in 14:36 hours. ALL VIDEOS only has highlights. What am I doing wrong?

There was no qualifying, it had rained and the big girl's blouses didn't want to get their tyres wet. smile

It was cancelled, grid is based on FP1/FP2/FP3 best times.

Which addon do you use for motogp? Any sports ones I have used are awful quality.

Thanks FourWheelDrift & JRC1, for a moment I thought I'd wasted €140 biggrin

Next question, how do I persuade my wife that Mother's Day ends at 4pm?

He's totally correct, she's not my mother. We don't do that type of thing in the Home Counties wink

I've watched it on Phoenix last season with mixed results some were great quality, however that part has gone now.

If I get chance to watch it tomorrow I will post up what I find worked best.
