I won't be out Sunday - working Sat morning and got some more to do to prep the BM for regulations for racing at Anglesey following Saturday 10 th ( up Thurs night , test day Friday )....
but.

a) I cant be arsed
b) brake pads need changing
c) head bearings need replacing / adjusting

its the height of summer, long days and all that, yep its a long run but I bet you've never been where I have in mind. I think we're all old enough to not have to be in for tea time unless some are under the thumb.

Landed back at Newcastle on Saturday morning and it was properly pissing down and windy, no coat and the grandkids in shorts.
