Aside from the st commentary, I would have thought C5 would be a good place to watch highlights, as their HD broadcast seems decent quality, particularly on Freesat.

Hmmmm I have put the C5 highlights on record for tonight but there is no series link. Am I missing something?

It'll no doubt be the same package C4 had, BT Sport's commentary. Probably because they have the UK TV rights.
Oh, balls. I'm going to try and remain hopeful all the same, but I fear that- as ever- you will be right.

I've always liked Lorenzo, but once again he's proving that unless conditions are perfect, then he's simply not up to it. Disappointed.
Certain others have struggled with the Ducati.
Give him time and a race in the daylight (and race control making a decision in less than 35 mins) .

I didn't know Charlie Cox was on PH?
I wish they would get him back instead of the current muppets....
BT Sport never had him !

Zarco for the win at Le Mans ?

Good racing. McPhee rode a great race in the tiddlers, dunno what happened to Kent in Moto 2.

Moto GP. They all had better not count Marquez out, he's learnt how to control himself and take the points

Enjoyed that. We've come a long way from a few years back when there was no Suzuki, KTM or Aprilia, Ducati was st and the rest of the field were CRTs. Brilliant now.
Was thinking just this. Great season opener, and looking forward to Zarco keeping Vinales and MM honest this season.

I reckon Lorenzo might get a first decent result at Jerez or Mugello. Till then I think he'll be uncharacteristically quiet.

Read a comment on facebook about Cal not being content with crashing once a race, made me chuckle hehe living upto his name of cal crashlots.

His wife was at the track.

Remember last year when she was due to give birth she didn't travel and he went on a streak of good form.

Probably about not getting it the night before to keep the mind and body sharp on race day smile

I think Zarco will become a bit of a cult hero.

Name like a Bond villain and an impressive debut.

Watched the CH5 highlights show ,exact same format as previous years on ITV4, with the annoying

commentators.

I'm probably the last to notice Romano Fenati is back in Moto 3 after last years meltdown.

To ride Ducati you either have to be Italian with several years on the bike or Stoner.
Rossi did what, one third place in his time on Ducati? But the bike was crap as well.
Now we have great bike and Dovi on second spot....Lorenzo better get a grip on that stud or that move from Yamaha will be very bad for his reputation and self-esteem (despite the money).

Zarco, that was amazing! He built up such a space in such a quick time, he was really going for it, and not even on a factory bike!

Iannone crashed on the Suzuki, pity....but that's Iannone.

Think Dovi might be going to ask why his rather more expensive team mate it's getting considerably more money....
Dovi is 4 years on Ducati, Lorenzo is in his first RACE on Ducati. I give Lorenzo a benefit of a doubt (even though I do not like that "baby" personally). If Lorenzo achieves something this year - that will be commendable, but next year is probably going to be his year.

Agreed, the thing with Lorenzo tends to be when things aren't going well for him he 'seems' to give up. Be that rain or whatever. Yesterday again he looked like he was out for a spin. Obviously nothing could be further from the truth as the man is racing at the pinnacle.

Well it's quite funny until you consider the GOAT couldn't make the Duke work for him....
As ever, it's easy to take the piss out of a multiple world champion from the comfort of a keyboard and a FB account.....
As with Marquez when he joined the MGP circus, Folgar and Co have a lot to prove, whereas the likes of Rossi, Marquez and Lorenzo don't.
No denying Lorenzo has a mountain to climb, but writing his chances off after limited testing on what is generally perceived to be a difficult bike to ride and just one race, is hardly giving him a fair crack at the job !
