What did I see - Triumph content possibly

PH usually delivers on these so lets give it a go.

Saw the most bonkers set up on the M4 just now. I >think< it was a Rocket, it had a sidecar - but get this - the rider was in the fking sidecar!! The bike itself had no bars, and obviously no rider. It was sailing along the motorway like the bleedin' Marie Celeste! I did a triple take as I passed it to figure out what was going on, it's just so wrong.

Surely something like this has pics on the net somewhere but my google-fu is failing me. Anyone seen any setup like this before or know the bike?

saw a set up at Abergavenny a couple of years back, that had the platform for the wheelchair rider- similar look to that. So entirely possible. Cant remember what the base bike was though- may have been Triumph, or poss Bandit.
