My PX125 was delivered new and stripped before I even ran it.
The 166 kit went on and it transformed the scoot.
Many many miles to rallies an that one.
Going back on the road this summer actually.
I’ve had mine since new and did the same and it’s been faultless over all this time (16 years). I’ll never sell this one and like you I’ve been all over on it. The 166 kit went on and it transformed the scoot.

I've got an Italjet Dragster 180. Owned it since new in 2000. Had it for twenty years and can't find any pictures of it!
They are mental. Total hooligan tools. And a stone cold classic as well so keep a hold of it.

Gilera Runner SP180 would be another good keeper.....

The new ones look rad! I'd get one but I don't have the use for one - it'd sit it my garage doing nothing. Back to the oldie, it'll get a bit of a strip down and re-commissioning in the next few months. It's completely standard, in team blue colour. I've got a new Polini variator and clutch in the cupboard for it and will buy some more bits and pieces for it. Front tyres are extremely hard to find.
Me neither, it'd look cool next to my monster in the garage though!Sounds like the one you have is a keeper though. Are they a weird tyre size?
This is our 1956 Cyclemaster "Piatti".
It belonged to our late Grandfather who had it from nearly new.
It's covered 8777 miles (I know for sure as it is currently next to my desk in my office.)
I've never heard it run but, as it needs an exhaust and tyres, it will most likely remain an ornament.
It is cool though, in an ugly kind of way.

Thanks for the comments. As a kid, I always thought it looked like something from "The Jetsons".
Tyres are obviously perished and they're an odd size (3.50 x 7) but I think someone has had some made but they're about £100 each.
I've always been reluctant to get it running as I'd hate to be the one in the family that wrecks it.
