Both Gresini Marquez's at the top in FP1, Alex from Marc.

Gresini being rumoured as going with Yamaha next year. So MM will be moving again I guess.

I thought it was Pramac that are rumoured to switch to Yamaha next year?

Gresini have a Ducati contract until the end of 2025.

Did Yamaha settle the Ducati exit clause or buy Gresini? Reporting was ambiguous. If the former, possibly a great long-term move by Gresini giving closer manufacturer support and better status.

What a weird race. Shame so many fell off, would’ve been a good finish otherwise I think.

Pleased for FQ though smile

To finish first, you must first finish.....

What a boilover. Incredible. Marquez getting a bit rough with the riders up the back after he remounted!

Yes, water biggrin

Can't believe MM managed to throw it away again. Mental when they all started going down.

Proper sketchy track conditions. Seems like the sun came out, or the wet patches dried a little bit, and the riders just couldn't see them any more.

ETA - Guintoli and MLav gave a good explanation of the weepers in the post race chat. It's actually likely to have been more moisture being drawn to the surface as the climatic conditions changed.
