This bike seems a lot of speed, sound and fun for the money?
£2,800 is the sticker price.

Geared down and with the suspension set up right, these bikes are right up there with the best and fastest v twins from their day.
They sound fantastic too.

£2800 sounds very very cheap for an SP2 - is that private sale? Is it a nail?

28000 miles full service history a little untidy to be honest the tail fairing has a couple of cracks but could be sorted easily it has tax and mot michelin pilot power 2ct with less than 300 miles on them, i just dont use it anymore and havent covered more than 100 miles this year.

It seemed very cheap, for such a good bike.
Hence why i asked people here.
Other than rather high miles, it didn't look like it had been abused, although i guess it could have been repaired after a smash or something.
It was in Edmonton, London N.9.

to be fair to beemer, the comment by blade7 was a little out of order, but then again its typical of some folk on here recently, gets more like the p+p everyday.

very interested in that sp-1 though.

Looks decent for the money, bit of TLC and it would be a nice keeper.

Bladey is unable to keep the conversation to bikes.
He thrives on insults and abuse.
Nobody's problem but his.

I, for one, ain't arguing with him.
Not remotely interested.

How ?, by seeking kudos from people here by constantly harping on about your past.
I am interested in both what bikers here are doing AND what they have done before.

The pleasure i get from my 1098S now, is no more important than the fun i had on my 749R, or going back further, my Honda CBX.

FFS - can't you two give it a rest?

nobody on here is interested in the slightest on your petty squabbling.

Whatever your issues are, can you settle them by pm'ing each other and leave decent posts on subject matter free of your continuing feud.

Thanks - Tony

bloody hell. I wish mitzy would log off!!!

There you go again, for what it's worth I owned 2 CBXs at different times in the 80s, does that mean I'm as good as you.
As you asked, i'll tell you.
It means your an argumentative type we don't need here.
At the end of the day, everything we have done is history, to whatever extent and so experiences will be by nature in the past.
I would, quite seriously, look at reducing the size of that chip on your shoulder.
You come across as a very unhappy person, blade7.
