DAS first day

Went alright, apart from the weather, think it stopped raining for half an hour maybe less but that was during lunch. Instructor was great apart from having an aging Gagiva with a buggered starter, so everytime he stopped (plenty), guess who had to give him a push start. Seems like part of the routine now, I expect I'll offer to push start the examiners bike during the test now though.
Found the bike (ER5) much easier to ride than my Varedero 125 so hoping it wasn't just beginners luck and it's down hill from here. Looking forward to tomorrow and in a semi-sadistic way my test on Friday.
