I wasnt expecting to buy this weekend, but went and saw an 08 Versys in Green yesterday and bought it! Get to pick it up next weekend so its back on 2 wheels for me after 8 months off. Felt like an age but Im pleased to be getting another. Just need to work on confidence (following big off)
Good luck for next weekend? Was "the off" posted on here?

ps - What's a Versys?
Yup thats it! Its a love it or hate it look I think. I dont know if I posted at the time, but have made posts about it recently, particularly with issues surrounding my wrist.

I was working over the weekend, and I am off tomorrow, so tonight is effectively my Friday night.

I am currently enjoying a glass of vino tinto (my second), and I am aware that that is not at all bike related. However, as stated above, it is my weekend.

I apologise in advance for the probability of increasingly rambling and senseless threads/posts.

That is all.

Not sure what the plans are for tomorrow - some domestic chores no doubt, plus Nurofen, a bacon sarnie, a couple of pints of Vimto and a headache!

We've had quite heavy snow today, which is now slush, and freezing. Not sure whether I'll get out, it will depend on the weather.

we havent got any snow down here, we had a lot of rain though today and yeah it's pretty cold and windy too

wouldn't blame you for staying in and giving it a miss, it's no fun when icy esp on untreated roads frown
I might well ride the little bike to work tomorrow if it's not to bad down here in the morning smile

have a good one smile go easy

Done two bottles of red tonight (sorry, Mr Liver).

I suspect tomorrow (today) will revolve around me not doing very much, and frying.
