Mitzy, there are always Novices, go with sensible experienced people and you'll enjoy it more smile

Oh, and Brands is my fave as its 15 minutes from me smile

I've done the Brands Indy, for a novice it is quite an easy track to learn, however I would have to say not my first choice.

I've done Donny in the wet (and quite enjoyed it even though it was a bit slippery) and would love to have another go there.

I'd also quite like to do Cadwel Park this year.

Going to go to the IOM TT this year so if you could avoid the end of may / First half of June that would be great biggrin

mitzy: I've never done a track day before smile

voted Brands because it's close ish, and not as flat as Silverstone.

the closer to the midlands the better for me - so I voted mallory biggrin

i know exactly how it is...

"we, yamaha motor company, forbid anybody buying the 2008 yamaha r1 from taking it on trackdays, furthermore we will not be held responsible for anybody breaking these rules who then starts crying when they get overtaken at the first corner by the exact gsxr/blade/zx10/ducati that they nearly bought"

only jokin fella, be good to see you, my idea was to incorporate the pre cadwell bsb trackday into the possible ph bb do cadwell event that im planning to organise again this year...

I'm surprised nobody suggested this before. Should be a good laugh if enough are interested

Depending on dates I would fancy joining the Novice group.

Oulton, Mallory or Rockingham would be my preference (only ever been on Rockingham).
