It was not restricted properly then I got mine direct from piaggio even down a hill would not indicate more than 33mph or about a true 29 and not really what happened was a car pulled out in front of me an I braked hard and just clipped the back no real damage as nothing behind me was lucky the scooter had twin 2 pot disk brakes or could have been a lot worse. In the year after I have never had a problem and as always leave a big gap for cars I just think on that day the man pulling out did not even see me to be honest but after that watched out a lot more as basically the cbt test if you call it lot involves you driving round some cones and then going on some quiet roads and making sure you don’t crash after that you are free to go which is just a joke in my view. I am booking my proper bike test soon though even though I am not allowed one will just take the learner plates of my scooter smile
