Two things confuse me about that. First is why he didn't move the bike away from the pumps, the other is how the video bike goes backwards so fast? Is it a bike with reverse?!
Agree about shifting the thing from the pumps first but re: the reversing bike-how quickly would you pedal yours backwards if you found you were alongside a flaming scoot next to a petrol pump ? :My new (4 wheeled) steed!
And this *is* bike related as she for rainy day commutes i.e. winter bar about 3 days The commute from SW London to Oxford area is just too far to do when it's raining on the BMW or Street Triple (better on the Bavarian though). I'll take the hit of the added 20-30 mins journey time each way (I only go up once a week) for the sake of arriving in a better, more relaxed mood. I can cope wth riding in the rain for 30-40 mins, but after that it just gets tedious and I start to get very wet
My gf is also going to learn to drive in it next year. Was surprisingly difficult to find something that was fun enough for me to actually want to spend money buying it, but insurance-friendly enough to be able to insure her when the time comes. Almost got yet another Clio 172/182 as they are fab cars and I love them, but I think they would have just been a bit too much for her pace- and (possibly) insurance-wise (on paper there's not a lot in it regarding performance, but it's very noticeable in the real world). Just need to take it to my mechanic now to make sure I haven't bought a complete pup

Been having a few charging issues with my NC30, I suspected the stator as the charging rate seemed ok until I turned the lights on, I really couldn't be arsed today but I forced myself, removed the cover to see this:
Ordered a replacement when I got home, least I can do all of this myself and it's a good feeling knowing you've fixed something yourself
