Hey Matt, you could try a soapy water solution around the rubber ball that you squeeze and see if you get any bubbles coming from that area I believe that part of the lumbar support is replaceable
If its in the main bag part in the rear of the seat, you could try the good ole bicycle puncture repair kit.
