I thought I saw a post from her saying she was selling shortly before the Essex one appeared, cant find it now so either I imagined it or it was deleted as advertising.

In my list it was Helena's I was thinking about when I put the Essex one. so we have a mystery on our hands as to where the Essex one came from/went

Does the vca one belong to the fish restaurant bloke from NVR or was that a final edition gen 2

Not entirely accurate as discussed before but:

And

Although I wonder how many SRT-10 Rams are in there and there is also this worrying total:

They come from the DVLA BUT its all down to nomenclature, i.e. how the car is registered when imported. For example there are 6 registered RAM SPT-10's in the country. The data is interesting but that's where it ends for 'non standard' cars and imports I think.

The DVLA wont have a clue, my ACR is registered as Dodge (USA) and that's it, no ACR, no viper not even an SRT, nothing was put in the model name at all despite it all being put on the form. So they really wont have a clue on imports

Its a shame really, they make damn sure they know enough about us to make sure they get their taxes and that they can sell our data to McDonalds car park services but any further data is not recorded well enough to be of value to anyone.

I've took a print of the Essex car's PH advert, seller called Tracy, imported 2010, 1 UK owner, 30k miles, not an FE, 7 spoke chrome wheels, on a 55 plate. Also had a C6 Corvette for sale at the same time, reason for sale - new C7 on order.

9) Blue/white - Stickers - Last seen being dragged onto a boat to Poland

Looks like blue is popular, I'll console myself in that they only made three of my conbination.

What about this car?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/151018412142

It looks cheap so presumably the damage must have been pretty substantial.

WHAT EVER YOU DO, MAKE SURE YOU GET A CARFAX REPORT. hpi is usless on American cars.

Mansfield always sets my alarm bells off.

7yrs ago I got tucked up by a Car dealer up there. The company seems to keep changing its name.

There are a couple of dealers up there and their premises almost seem to back onto each other, One allegedly is OK the other I would NEVER go near again, (NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES THEY CHANGE THEIR NAME). I had to get the Credit card company to go after the company to return my substantial deposit.

They may well have nothing to do with each other but after my experiences with car dealers I would never buy from a dealer EVER again!

I would rather import my own car and get the car inspected by club members than trust what a dealer says!

However, I would like to say James and his team at Atlantic seem to be the exception, So there are some people in the business out there that seem to be OK.
