Right then, so that's Andy's old car, that car has a salvage title against it, the insurance company wrote it off due to repair costs and the car then went to auction.

I know Andy so if you did want any more details I'm sure I could find some

looks like Helena's car is for sale. Pity its maybe 3 years or so until I can afford to buy.........

Advertised on the pistonheads classsifieds, not under 'viper' but with the Dodge 'other models'

Just goes to show the effectiveness of good photos and detailed description when selling a car. Last Summer when it was for sale, there were 6 very poor small pictures and a couple of lines stating mileage and when it was imported. It has now turned from a £35k car that I probably wouldn't bother enquiring about, to a £43k car that I desperately want - no NEED...........

(sadly it's gonna be next year at the earliest when I have the readys)

Note:- at the start of this thread I guestimated 3-4 years, but things are ticking over nicely and investments are looking up! Hopefully next year...........

Hang in there those wanting a viper, it will be worth the wait.

It took me 6 years to just save the deposit for mine, that was 17 years ago now, and my '97 GTS still induces the same excitement today as it did back then when I open the garage door...

A viper has been my dream car since they came out, prior to that was always a C3 corvette, had my Vette 18 years this year but cant bring myself to sell it to enable me to get a viper as I would have to sell my 09 Challenger SRT8 and the Vette, although Zubairs has got me close to doing it ! im 41 today so may give it a few more years where hopefully I can have both the Vette and a Viper

EDIT:- I did actually receive a Viper today for my birthday from my wife. Sadly it's only 1/18 scale.......
