The battery on my car gave up over the winter so while i was changing suspension and discs thought would swap out battery NIGHTMARE. Its got a toad alarm that i think is piggy backed off factory alarm. Toad one set fine but the factory one flashes alarm set on dash and flashes side lights for about 30 seconds then goes out but comes back on when ignition is turned on then car fires but wont run.The factory key fob has new batteries but wont set the alarm, have disconnected battery and earthed the pos wire and reconnected and the same happens any thoughts anyone.

Have you reset the key fobs?

The factory alarm was setting itself as soon as battery was connected i think you have to set fobs when its disarmed. I looked on viper alley and done the trick with red orange wire and she fired straight way.

Your lucky the Gen's are easier to do with the earthing of the wire.....
